This is a 2-channel instrument running TopSpin 3 equipped with:
- 5 mm z-gradient broadband X–19F/1H BBFO SMART probe
- SampleCase 24 sample robot changer
- liquid nitrogen heat exchanger for very low-temperature work
This instrument is used by trained research chemists and operates in ‘hands-on’ or automated mode with full variable temperature capabilities.
The instrument is nicknamed the AVD500 although the formal model name is an AVIII HD 500 and should be listed as such in any publication.
